We went to meet one of our historical partners as it is important for the SIA to highlight the partnerships that allow us to move forward and develop locally and internationally
 
1-Can you introduce yourself?

I have been trading since I was 18 in Establishment Rekik, founded in 1996 but the story began much earlier in 1972 with my father Abdelaziz Rekik who made spare parts in Sfax. We have been trading for almost 50 years, and we've come a long way since then. Today, Établissement Rekik imports from Europe and China, has solid partnerships, a range of diversified products that reach all European and Asian brands, selected clients and operates throughout Tunisia.
 
2-When did you start making orders from SIA?
 
The adventure started very early for me with SIA. In 1992, I was hired as a salesperson, with my father Abdelaziz Rekik who introduced me to the field of commerce and shock absorbers. The first item I sold was a Shock Absorber, I was 18 years old. Then I became manager of Ets Rekik in 1996 until today ...
 
3-What products do you order from SIA?
 
We order all the references of the Record & SIAAM range, although we make parts for passenger cars we make the exception for shock absorbers by also offering heavy weight vehicles, any new reference manufactured by SIA must imperatively be in stock in our stores. RECORD & SIAAM are battle brands for our company and we have always invested in substantial inventory for shock absorbers, to maximize availability and to meet virtually any demand.
 
4-According to you, what are the strengths of the SIA?
 
After-sales service (Many thanks to the after-sales service for its responsiveness and sense of responsibility)
* Delivery (Daily, fluid ... no complaints ...)
* Quality (OEM Supplier, Exporter for Africa and Europe and very few complaints at the local level. Clear messages for a good product that innovates every day ...)
* Range (A fleet that changes rapidly, new products every month, with that the SIA provides a lot of efforts to adapt to new products and we encourage it to do more to satisfy our customers and to always be number 1 on the Tunisian market).
* Human relations (Among the secrets of our unwavering partnership with SIA is our respectful, friendly and professional relationship with all the staff)
 
5-Are you satisfied with the SIA's offer (products, services, marketing, etc.)?
 
It must be said that Établissement Rekik has always had very solid and privileged relations with SIA since the beginning and this has been materialized over the years. SIA has made its own way since 1989 and has evolved, so have we ... Since the beginning, all of SIA's combined departments: Production, Sales, Marketing and Management have done everything to improve the brand, they have always listened to us and the results are visible, SIA is today one of our industrial and internationally renowned pride and we will always be there to support it. SIA and Ets Rekik, a life-long partnership in memory of our father Abdelaziz Rekik peace to his soul, but also to Mr. Ezzeddine Hentati peace to his soul, the founding father who encouraged and supported us a lot, that we esteem and that we will never forget. The story is not over since this union continues today with Mr. Ahmed Hentati with the same spirit of partnership and belonging to this company, trying to follow in the footsteps of our predecessors and do everything so that the SIA still remains one of the jewels of Tunisian industry.
