SIA ensures the safety of its employees and customers by applying international normative standards.
SIA's quality system has evolved from ISO9001, QS9000 and VDA 6.1 to IATF 16949 (version 2018) certified by the German organization DQS.
The ISO 14001 environmental certification was obtained in July 2013.
SIA obtained the Occupational Health and Safety Management ISO 45001 certification in February 2019.
Thanks to its after-sales service, SIA provides its customers with an entity that deals with complaints in a timely manner and replaces shock absorbers within the scope of the warranty.

The Quality Department is made up of a highly qualified team that has all the necessary means and metrological instruments to ensure that the customer receives a product that conforms to the specifications and is controlled at the various stages of production and is 100% tested in the final phase on damping law test benches.
